About the role
We are seeking a dynamic hospitality professional to support tourism and distribution activities, ensuring exceptional customer service and optimal hotel performance across online platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily support to the Head of Operations and team.
- Assist hotels with rate optimization and promotions.
- Maintain and update hotel content across platforms.
- Create and update rates/rooms in our back‑office system (SynXis).
- Handle requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide operational support such as password resets and troubleshooting configurations.
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.
Required profile
- Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the tourism sector.
- Fluent in English and French (written & spoken).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized, deadline‑driven and able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Knowledge of SynXis system (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
