Night Receptionist

About the role

Join Constance Le Chaland on the south‑eastern coast of Mauritius as a Night Receptionist, providing warm, friendly service to guests during evening and overnight hours. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check‑ins and addressing guest needs throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle immediate inquiries.
• Maintain clear communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders via in‑person, phone, and email.
• Process reservations, updates, and special requests accurately using the property management system.
• Act as the primary contact for guests during the night, providing assistance, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality service in a hotel, hospitality, or customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a proactive, positive attitude toward guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts.
