About the role
We are seeking an organised and detail‑focused Payments Administrator to join our dynamic MourantGS team. In this position you will support a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring smooth cash‑management services and high‑quality client interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist and support Client Service Administrators with cash‑management services for corporate clients.
- Input payments into various bank account platforms and prepare supporting payment packs.
- Verify supplier details and reconcile bank statements.
- Maintain invoice trackers and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Administer client relationships and transactions to a high standard.
Required profile
- Previous client services experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team.
- Positive, flexible attitude with a desire to succeed in financial services.
- Effective time‑management and prioritisation to meet deadlines.
- Capability to work independently.
