Player Protection Executive

About the role

Rank Interactive, the digital arm of The Rank Group, is seeking a Player Protection Executive to join its compliance team. You will act as the first line of defence for our interactive gaming business, using analytical techniques to safeguard customers and ensure compliance with gambling legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Player Protection Manager with safer‑gambling, verification and anti‑money‑laundering activities.
• Analyse individual customer activity using open‑source data, transaction records and gameplay patterns.
• Identify and assess customers who may be at risk of problem gambling or who may be using illicit funds.
• Conduct affordability and risk reviews, and prepare recommendations in line with LCCP guidance.
• Ensure high‑value digital customers are investigated according to the Proceeds of Crime Act.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of UK gambling licensing objectives and AML regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
