Programme and Engagement Coordinator

About the role

Board Intelligence is seeking a motivated Programme and Engagement Coordinator to support the delivery of its learning programmes and enhance client experience. This early‑career position is ideal for candidates with 1‑2 years of experience who are detail‑oriented and eager to grow in a fast‑moving, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the learning platform – enrolments, material uploads and content updates.
• Prepare and organise learning resources and support live session logistics, including scheduling and invitations.
• Monitor participant engagement, identify trends and propose improvements.
• Assist with participant onboarding, post‑session follow‑up and communication.
• Support alumni relations, organise events and maintain shared communication channels.
• Track engagement signals for renewals, alumni membership and additional programme interest using internal systems.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in programme coordination, client engagement or related fields.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to translate learning experiences into long‑term value.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive attitude.
