Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing team at One&Only Le Saint Géran, ensuring smooth handling of client inquiries, group bookings, contracts and events. The role bridges the sales function with internal departments to help achieve revenue and occupancy targets while delivering exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, preparing proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
• Maintain accurate client databases, sales records and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Respond to client inquiries, coordinate site inspections, hotel tours and maintain regular communication with corporate, travel trade and group clients.
• Liaise with Front Office, Reservations, Food & Beverage, Events and other departments to ensure guest requirements are met for group bookings, conferences and special events.
• Assist the Sales team in monitoring booking activity, updating pipelines and supporting promotional campaigns, trade shows and market research.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, confidentiality requirements and health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in hospitality sales coordination or a similar administrative sales role.
