Senior Executive – Commercial

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive to join our Commercial team and support commercial decision‑making through data analysis, performance reporting, and business insights. You will work closely with the Manager – Commercial, Client Service Directors and senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse commercial metrics such as WIP vs. billing, revenue performance, sales conversions, write‑offs, utilisation and forecasting.
• Coordinate with Client Service Directors to gather, validate and consolidate commercial data, maintain dashboards and update OneView.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, performance reviews, variance analyses and commercial presentations.
• Conduct business and market analysis, including profitability reviews, competitor research and pipeline tracking.
• Support business development by assisting with client proposals, tracking opportunities and contributing to continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial data analysis and performance reporting.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong organisational skills to manage dashboards, reports and business development activities.
