Shop Agent

About the role

The Shop Agent ensures smooth operation of the resort’s retail outlets, providing attentive service to guests and maintaining the shop environment. Working on the beautiful One&Only Le Saint Géran property, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the shop, handling keys and float counts.
• Assist guests with purchases, process transactions, and manage credit‑card issues.
• Maintain product displays, price tags, and window presentations.
• Monitor stock levels, place requisitions, and receive new merchandise.
• Handle newspaper and magazine reservations.
• Perform daily cleaning, ironing of clothes, and ensure the shop is tidy.
• Prepare and reconcile cash floats at the start and end of each shift.
• Return shop keys to the security officer after closing.

Required profile

• Pro‑active and eager to learn.
• Completed school certificate (SC) or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
