Spa Attendant – Guest Service & Facility Support

About the role

The Spa Attendant ensures the Spa operates smoothly by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest service. Working closely with Spa Therapists and reception staff, the role supports guest comfort before, during and after treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in required training and apply learned standards daily.
• Maintain open communication with the Superior and report any incidents.
• Deliver attentive, high-quality service to guests, handling complaints professionally.
• Assist Spa Therapists to ensure continuity of care throughout treatments.
• Minimise waste and use Spa supplies responsibly.
• Strictly follow health, safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
• Set up and reset treatment rooms, laboratories, relaxation areas and other facilities according to standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of all Spa equipment and areas.
• Provide reception assistance when needed to ensure seamless guest service.

Required profile

• Basic theoretical knowledge equivalent to Form III level or relevant professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Spa Attendant or in Housekeeping.
