Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa at Constance Le Chaland. You will create a welcoming first impression, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless experience from the initial phone call to the guest’s departure.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with guests to book treatments and provide recommendations.
• Operate spa reservation software to manage bookings efficiently.
• Handle all billing procedures professionally and accurately.
• Serve welcome drinks and explain their properties.
• Answer telephone calls within three rings, offering a friendly and prompt response.
• Promote retail products, recommend therapist‑suggested items, and prepare products for guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow SOPs and checklists.
• Address guest complaints calmly and take ownership of resolutions.
• Participate actively in meetings, trainings, and cross‑department communication.
• Log guest visits daily and compile client histories.
• Respond swiftly to any accidents or incidents.

Required profile

• Middle or secondary education with additional training in hospitality or spa services.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a warm, professional demeanor.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent grooming and adherence to the company’s uniform standards.

• Proficiency with spa reservation software.
• Ability to manage billing and financial transactions accurately.
