About the role
The Administration Department is seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee corporate service delivery for international clients. Reporting to the Supervisor of the Trust/Corporate Department, you will work closely with accountants, compliance officers and regulators to ensure seamless company lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities
- Guide corporate administrators in delivering corporate services to clients.
- Prepare drafted legal documents for all stages of the company lifecycle, from incorporation to dissolution, within agreed deadlines.
- Perform and monitor statutory filings with local authorities.
- Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues to gather required information and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with client, local, international and industry‑specific requirements.
- Maintain the good standing of companies under administration.
- Conduct file reviews and communicate deficiencies or recommendations to the Team Leader or Compliance Team.
- Train junior administrators to perform the above duties under supervision.
- Handle any ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- University degree in Finance, Law or a professional qualification as a Chartered Secretary.
- At least 8 years of experience providing corporate services to international clients.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
