About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Port Louis and focuses on driving sales of high‑quality tiles and adhesive solutions. The Sales Executive will build strong customer relationships, identify market opportunities, and ensure customers receive the right product support.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for tile and adhesive product lines.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients.
- Liaise with customers to understand their project needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Perform market research to identify new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Knowledge of tile and adhesive products, especially high‑quality porcelain solutions.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Interior Design, Marketing or a related field preferred.
