Outdoor Salesperson – Face-to-Face Fundraiser

About the role

Join a dynamic field team that engages the public in busy locations to raise awareness of environmental issues and secure new supporters for Greenpeace’s campaigns. You will work outdoors, directly interacting with passers‑by to inspire action and generate donations.

Key responsibilities

• Approach members of the public in high‑traffic areas and start face‑to‑face conversations.
• Clearly explain Greenpeace’s mission, current campaigns, and the impact of donations.
• Recruit new regular donors in an ethical, professional manner.
• Meet daily and weekly fundraising targets.
• Represent the organisation positively at all times.
• Collaborate with a results‑driven team to achieve collective goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence when approaching and speaking to strangers.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to stand for long periods outdoors.
• Passion for environmental and social causes.
• Sales, marketing, or fundraising experience is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
