About the role

The Accounts Manager will lead a sub‑team within Apex Group’s Global Business Sector, ensuring operational excellence and high‑quality client deliverables. You will act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, driving accuracy, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across fund administration processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects of sub‑team deliverables, providing regular updates to the Senior Accounts Manager.
  • Guarantee that all client deliverables are 100% accurate and meet quality standards.
  • Develop deep knowledge of individual client requirements and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Oversee, review, and monitor team members’ work to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Apply a risk‑minimisation mindset to daily activities within the Global Business Sector.
  • Review net asset value calculations and daily operational duties such as bank transfers, trade orders, and trade confirmations.
  • Ensure financial statements and tax returns are filed by regulatory deadlines.
  • Coordinate Customer Due Diligence (CDD) in line with AML requirements and keep records up to date.
  • Handle fund administration tasks for open‑end funds and produce ad‑hoc client reports.
  • Prepare FSC surveys and other regulatory reporting.
  • Deliver accurate investor reporting, including email communications and statements.
  • Mentor and coach team members, identifying training needs for the Senior Accounts Manager.
  • Promote continuous process improvement and drive efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

  • 5–7 years of experience in fund administration or a related Global Business Sector role.
  • Degree or substantial progress toward a professional ACCA qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
