Associate Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Manager to lead a sub‑team within our Global Business Sector, ensuring high‑quality delivery of fund administration, corporate secretarial and AML services to our clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of sub‑team deliverables, including resource allocation and activity tracking.
• Ensure final client deliverables are 100% accurate and meet quality standards.
• Develop deep understanding of individual client requirements and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee, review and monitor daily work of team members to ensure timely completion.
• Apply risk‑minimisation mindset to day‑to‑day tasks within the Global Business Sector.
• Prepare and review Board papers, minutes, and other high‑quality governance documents.
• Sign off on bank account openings and verify banking transactions align with company scope.
• Coordinate statutory filings with regulatory bodies such as FSC and ROC.
• Conduct customer due‑diligence (CDD) in line with AML code and maintain updated records.
• Support fund administration tasks for private equity funds and handle ad‑hoc corporate secretarial duties.
• Mentor and coach team members, identifying training needs for the Unit Head.
• Drive continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in the Global Business Sector or related financial services.
• University degree or substantial progress toward a professional ICSA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with solid interpersonal skills.
