Coordinating Nurse - Assistance

About the role

As an Assistance Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high‑quality medical support and case management to clients traveling abroad. You will collaborate closely with doctors, operations teams, and global assistance centres to ensure optimal patient care and timely solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and manage medical cases for travelers experiencing illness or injury abroad
• Provide clinical advice and coordinate appropriate medical support
• Liaise with treating physicians and global assistance centres
• Coordinate medical evacuations and repatriations when required
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all cases
• Deliver exceptional service to clients while maintaining clinical excellence

Required profile

• Registered General Nurse qualification
• Experience in acute care, ICU, or emergency medicine
• Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in medical assistance or travel health (a plus)
• Fluent in English and French (additional languages are an advantage)
