Customer Relationship Management Executive

About the role

STM Consulting is seeking a Customer Relationship Management Executive to lead retention and engagement campaigns for its iGaming operations in Mauritius. You will own the full campaign lifecycle, using data‑driven insights to enhance the player experience across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, schedule and launch end‑to‑end CRM campaigns via SMS, web push and in‑app messaging.
• Develop and manage automated player journeys in partnership with Marketing and Product teams.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging and timing to improve open rates, click‑through and conversion metrics.
• Extract actionable insights from player behaviour data and produce regular performance reports.
• Maintain on‑site pages for seamless user experiences and ensure compliance with data protection and responsible gaming policies.
• Monitor for bonus abuse, manage promotion efficiency and act as an escalation point for internal and external queries.
• Accurately credit customer accounts with cashback, bonuses and rewards following SOPs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on CRM experience, preferably in iGaming, Fintech or international BPO.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues using multiple reporting sources.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency in data‑analytics software such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel).
