CRM and Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic CRM and Marketing Associate to join our Nespresso team in Mauritius and Reunion Island. You will use customer insights, market trends, and data analytics to design and execute communication strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for CRM issues across the two islands.
• Design, launch, and monitor CRM campaigns tailored to different customer segments while adhering to Nespresso brand standards.
• Develop and execute lifecycle campaigns focused on retention, engagement, loyalty, and reactivation.
• Manage and maintain customer databases within CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and proper segmentation.
• Track and analyse CRM KPIs and customer data to identify trends, improve campaign performance, and support retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in CRM management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of marketing mechanisms and a passion for customer service.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
