Customer Verification Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Verification Administrator to join Rank Interactive’s Customer Verification Team. In this role you will research and publish open‑source intelligence (OSINT) to build a comprehensive view of customers, supporting Safer Gambling, affordability and anti‑money‑laundering assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Research and publish detailed OSINT information and third‑party reports for the Verification Team Lead and analysts.
• Ensure all OSINT data is delivered accurately, thoroughly and within agreed timelines.
• Support analysts in evaluating Safer Gambling, affordability and AML risk factors.
• Analyse individual customer backgrounds using OSINT and third‑party platforms to inform regular management reviews.
• Identify customers where combined OSINT and player data raise problem‑gambling, affordability or money‑laundering concerns.
• Liaise with Verification Team Leads, analysts and cross‑functional stakeholders on high‑risk or high‑value cases.
• Consult with colleagues to promote best practices across the verification team.
• Review and process customer reinstatement requests in line with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in risk, compliance or verification environments, preferably within gambling or financial services.
• Ability to produce clear, concise reports for senior stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Safer Gambling, affordability and AML principles.

• Use of third‑party data platforms for customer background checks.
