Design Technician – Jewelry Design & Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking, and creative Design Technician to join our international jewellery design and manufacturing team in Mauritius. The role involves using advanced CAD tools to develop high‑end jewellery and object designs within a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed 3D models and prototypes for jewellery and related objects using CAD software.
• Collaborate with the design studio, atelier, and workshop to translate concepts into manufacturable designs.
• Support the full design‑to‑production workflow, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
• Maintain design documentation and assist in preparing files for manufacturing.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong technical and creative abilities.
• Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced creative environment.
• Experience in jewellery design and manufacturing workflows is preferred.
• Industrial design experience will also be considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Rhino.
• Proficiency in Matrix.
• Proficiency in ZBrush.
