Experienced Tax Professional – Corporate & Individual Tax

About the role

Deloitte is seeking experienced tax professionals to join its global Tax team. You will work on a variety of corporate and individual tax compliance projects, supporting clients across multiple jurisdictions while contributing to Deloitte’s reputation for high‑quality tax advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file corporate income tax returns and computations.
• Assist with individual tax compliance, including TAN applications.
• Handle VAT, TDS, PAYE and other statutory tax filings.
• Represent clients at meetings and hearings before tax authorities and committees.
• Draft replies, appeals, arguments and other applications to tax authorities.
• Manage correspondence, follow‑ups and notices from tax authorities.
• Address rectification and penalty matters with tax authorities.
• Obtain Tax Residency Certificates and related certifications.
• Support senior staff on advisory assignments, including international tax matters.
• Coach junior team members and assist with client onboarding.

Required profile

• Graduate or partially qualified ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of tax compliance experience.
• Solid understanding of tax concepts, including international tax.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Tax compliance and filing expertise for corporate and individual taxes.
• Knowledge of VAT, TDS, PAYE and related statutory requirements.
• Experience drafting tax authority submissions and handling appeals.
