Face-to-Face Fundraiser – Greenpeace Mauritius

About the role

Greenpeace Mauritius is seeking enthusiastic social work graduates to join the team as face‑to‑face fundraisers. You will engage directly with the public across the island, sharing the organisation’s environmental mission and encouraging monthly support for its campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Approach people in markets, shopping centres and other public spaces to discuss environmental issues.
• Inspire conversations that lead to new monthly supporters for Greenpeace campaigns.
• Represent the organisation professionally and uphold its values in all interactions.
• Achieve individual fundraising targets while contributing to team goals.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in social work or a people‑oriented background.
• Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with diverse audiences.
• Target‑driven with a genuine passion for environmental and social causes.
• Fluent in English and/or French; Creole is a plus.
