Fraud & Payments Executive

About the role

Rank Interactive is seeking a Fraud & Payments Executive to join its high‑performing, inclusive team. You will help protect the company’s digital gaming ecosystem by monitoring transactions, investigating fraud alerts, and ensuring compliance with payment and KYC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review new and existing accounts for fraud based on system alerts and tickets, escalating issues as needed.
• Defend chargebacks and highlight observations during the process.
• Conduct due‑diligence checks on customer card or personal‑detail changes.
• Approve manual payments, including CHAPS and transfers, and manage duplicate accounts.
• Screen and approve withdrawals across omni‑channel platforms.
• Investigate missing‑payment queries and escalate non‑user‑error cases.
• Respond to payment‑related and KYC customer emails within SLA.
• Validate customers by gathering KYC documentation and whitelist devices.
• Handle Iovation device‑count alerts and perform VIP account checks.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations and support multiple communication channels.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activity and stay updated on fraud trends.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑service environment and/or fraud analysis.
• Relevant experience in an online operator, payments company, or similar sector.
• Track record of meeting strict fraud‑prevention goals.
• Ability to work with operational departments and handle outbound calls.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Relevant qualifications are a distinct advantage.
