Fund Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Fund Accountant to join our global fund administration team. The role involves preparing NAV packs, financial statements and supporting audit processes for hedge fund clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare NAV reporting packs for hedge funds on required frequencies and conduct reviews as needed.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual account and financial statements for clients.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
• Handle transfer agency transactions when required.
• Maintain overall client relationships, respond to inquiries and attend meetings.
• Prepare payment and trade instructions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the fund industry.
• ACCA qualified, partially qualified or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, hard‑working attitude with willingness to work extra hours when needed.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with fund accounting software such as Investran, Efront, Paxus or Allvue.
