Accountant 1 – Fund Accounting (Entry Level)

About the role

This entry‑level Accountant 1 position sits within a global Fund Accounting team, providing foundational experience in fund accounting and client service. You will work under supervision to deliver accurate financial statements, NAV calculations, and routine transaction processing for a portfolio of investment funds.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare basic financial statements, NAV calculations and related deliverables following established guidelines.
• Process daily fund accounting transactions such as bookkeeping entries, capital calls, distributions and investor notifications using designated systems.
• Reconcile transactions, prepare working papers and complete operational checklists in line with standard procedures.
• Track daily progress, complete timesheets, follow workflows and escalate issues when required.
• Perform self‑reviews, support senior team members and participate in training and development activities.
