Implementation & Integration Specialist

About the role

As an Implementation & Integration Specialist you will lead worldwide integration projects for goFLUENT’s language training and assessment solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success and client teams to design, test and deploy integrations with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Key responsibilities

• Support Sales and Customer Success in designing integration solutions for large global clients.
• Advise and assist clients on integrating goFLUENT with their LMS/ATS, including Single Sign‑On (SAML, SCIM, LTI) and REST API connections.
• Coordinate with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and deployment.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for integration‑related issues.
• Train internal teams and share knowledge across the organization.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven project‑management experience.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent English (additional European languages a plus).
