IT Sales Assistant

About the role

Rhodes Technologies Ltd is seeking a motivated IT Sales Assistant to help expand its client base across Mauritius. You will promote the company’s Odoo and Microsoft solutions, prepare sales documentation, and support the end‑to‑end sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote Odoo and Microsoft IT solutions through client visits, networking events, and presentations.
• Stay informed about ERP, cloud services, and emerging business‑technology trends.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored sales strategies.
• Gather client requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales‑related documents.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Travel across Mauritius to meet clients and follow up on sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, business development or customer‑facing roles is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with strong presentation and networking abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Odoo ERP software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft business solutions.
