About the role
EY is looking for an IT Support Associate to join its Core Business Services team in Mauritius. You will provide routine technical assistance, collaborate with supervisors to prioritize tasks, and apply your technical knowledge across various support areas.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver daily technical support to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
- Coordinate with the supervisor to prioritize tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Specialize in one or more domains such as help‑desk operations, networking, telecommunications, or technology certification.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and solutions.
Required profile
- HSC Certificate, diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English and French.
- Ability to work well under pressure with a strong sense of duty and ownership.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, proactive and capable of effective teamwork.
