Assistant Manager – Digital & AI Transformation Lead

About the role

EY Mauritius is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead Digital, Data and AI transformation initiatives within its Technology Consulting practice. You will work on high‑impact programs across industries, advising senior executives, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and turning strategic intent into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support large‑scale transformation programs covering strategy definition, experience design, platform enablement, analytics, automation and enterprise change.
• Define digital, data and AI vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Design and enable data‑driven customer and employee experience transformations.
• Partner with industry teams and leverage EY’s brand as an independent trusted advisor.
• Deliver measurable business value throughout the full transformation lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business landscapes and technology‑driven change.
• Experience in consulting or technology transformation projects.
• Ability to engage with senior executives and influence decision‑making.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
