Customer Onboarding Executive (Chinese-speaking)

About the role

CyberVadis is seeking a bilingual Customer Onboarding Executive to guide rated companies through a smooth onboarding experience on our cybersecurity risk management platform. The role involves proactive client engagement, consultative assistance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for rated companies, proactively reaching out via email and phone to ease their onboarding experience, answer questions, and provide consultative assistance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct meetings with clients to understand their specific needs and establish a clear onboarding plan.
• Monitor and track progress of each onboarding case, ensuring milestones are met and issues are addressed proactively.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, legal, and finance teams to meet customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Proven experience in customer onboarding or support, preferably in a technology environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
