Information Security Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Information Security Analyst to audit compliance of security policies, processes and procedures for international companies and help improve our assessment methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Perform desktop audits and verify documentation.
• Scrutinize and analyze information security policies, procedures and practices.
• Monitor and follow‑up on assessment activities.
• Gather and understand supplier characteristics such as scope, size and industry.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to clarify issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging security trends, standards, certifications and relevant regulations.
• Research and classify cybersecurity news from multiple sources.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the assessment methodology.
• Drive continuous quality and productivity improvements.
• Provide support for any related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Degree holder, preferably in IT.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, meticulous and analytical mindset.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001/02, GDPR or NIST.
• Professional presence and ability to work in an international, multicultural start‑up environment.
