Customer Onboarding Executive – Chinese Speaking

About the role

CyberVadis is looking for a Customer Onboarding Executive who will ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for rated companies using our cybersecurity risk management platform. The role requires proactive communication in both English and Chinese to guide clients through the assessment process and help them improve their cybersecurity performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process, contacting clients by email and phone to facilitate participation in assessments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing consultative assistance.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and create a clear onboarding plan.
• Track onboarding progress, ensure milestones are met, and proactively resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, legal, and finance teams to align onboarding activities with client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory).
• Proven experience in customer onboarding or support, preferably in a technology environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
