About the role

The IT Support Officer will deliver daily help‑desk technical assistance to all users of Mont Choisy Group, ensuring smooth operation of devices and systems across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android platforms. The role is focused on proactive support, troubleshooting, and helping staff adopt cloud‑based tools within agreed service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all IT support requests across the Group.
  • Support desktops, laptops and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, networking and printing issues.
  • Assist with device setup, software installation and user onboarding.
  • Manage support tickets through to resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Support Microsoft Intune device enrollment, compliance and updates.
  • Maintain Microsoft 365 user accounts, licences and multi‑factor authentication.
  • Handle onboarding, off‑boarding and access management.
  • Contribute to rollout of new systems, digital tools and paper‑less initiatives.
  • Maintain IT documentation, user guides and asset records.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and partners as needed.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in an IT support or help‑desk environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and escalate issues when required.
  • Experience interacting professionally with end‑users under pressure.

Required skills

  • Windows desktop and laptop support.
  • macOS desktop support.
  • iOS and Android mobile device support.
  • Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft Intune device management.
  • Multi‑factor authentication (MFA) configuration.
  • Basic networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, LAN).
  • Familiarity with ticketing/help‑desk platforms.
