Program Director, MS Business Solutions

About the role

International SOS is seeking a senior Program Director to lead the planning, execution and delivery of its MS Business Solutions initiatives. The role involves guiding projects from ideation through to hand‑over, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution, from initiation to completion and hand‑over.
• Facilitate project planning sessions and coordinate staff and internal resources.
• Monitor project progress, adapt plans as needed, and manage scope changes.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise methodologies, regulatory standards and best‑practice processes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and oversee contract design and sign‑off.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to meet deadlines and expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cloud services, particularly AWS.
• Background in digital transformation and building digital platforms.
• Strong project‑management experience, including leading on‑shore and offshore development teams.
• Familiarity with structured SDLC (waterfall and agile), ITIL and project‑delivery methodologies.
• Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or Management; postgraduate project‑management qualification (Prince2/PMI) is desirable.
