Management Accountant – Global Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Management Accountant to lead the accounting function across our global operations, supporting business units in Mauritius, Madagascar and India. The role will combine financial analysis, budgeting and reporting to drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the management accounting process for the company.
• Analyse business operations, financial information, trends, costs and revenues and provide actionable advice.
• Prepare and deliver budget reports and monthly operational‑financial meetings with variance analysis and action plans.
• Develop forecasts to support business planning and decision‑making.
• Provide accounting support to operational and technical teams locally and overseas.
• Maintain accounting procedures, controls and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or membership of ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, audit, accounting or finance.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel overseas as required.

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Data collection, mining, analysis, benchmarking and statistical techniques.
