Minibar Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Minibar Attendant will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are stocked, tidy, and ready for an exceptional stay at our secluded resort on the east coast of Mauritius. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver prompt, courteous service and maintain the high standards expected by Four Seasons guests.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately receive and fulfill minibar and in‑room beverage orders.
• Maintain stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and restock items as needed.
• Prepare mise‑en‑place, set up and clear service areas, and ensure all equipment is clean and functional.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, responding to requests promptly.
• Adhere to hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods and participate in briefings and training sessions.
• Perform any additional duties related to food and beverage service as required.
