Coffee Shop Manager (Outlet Manager)

About the role

The Coffee Shop Manager leads the daily operations of a coffee outlet within a leisure environment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and high‑quality products. You will oversee a team, manage inventory, and drive commercial performance while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming space.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily coffee shop operations to ensure smooth service.
• Deliver consistent, high‑standard customer service and handle guest feedback promptly.
• Maintain product quality, presentation, and consistency for beverages and food items.
• Train, schedule, and supervise service staff, conducting coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure staff grooming, punctuality, and adherence to service standards.
• Control inventory using FIFO/LIFO methods, minimize waste, and manage costs.
• Support revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Keep the outlet clean, safe, and well‑organized at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food & beverage operations.
• Ability to manage stock, ordering, and cost control.
