N2 Network Support Engineer

About the role

Join Orange Business as an N2 Network Support Engineer, delivering expert technical support across diverse operational teams and ensuring seamless network operations in WAN, LAN and SD‑WAN environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to operational teams in post‑sales service, delivery and customer service, covering WAN, LAN, SD‑WAN and security technologies.
• Develop and deliver training and coaching materials to raise the competence of unit personnel.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, practical guides and procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Manage production operations, change releases and incident resolution across SD‑WAN, WAN and LAN networks and related platforms.
• Participate in out‑of‑hours support and rotational on‑call duties for clients, increasing responsibility as skills grow.
• Contribute to transversal projects that support organisational initiatives and improve cross‑team collaboration.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, IT or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a networking or IT environment.
• CCNA and CCNP certifications.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for knowledge sharing.
