Outdoor Salesperson

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Outdoor Salespersons to join our field team as Face-to-Face Fundraisers. You will engage directly with the public in busy locations, inspire people about environmental issues and recruit new supporters for our client’s vital work.

Key responsibilities

• Engage members of the public in face-to-face conversations.
• Clearly explain the organisation’s mission and current campaigns.
• Recruit new regular donors in an ethical and professional manner.
• Meet daily and weekly fundraising targets.
• Represent the organisation positively at all times.
• Work as part of a dynamic, results-driven team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence approaching and speaking to the public.
• Positive attitude and resilience.
• Passion for environmental and social causes.
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods.

Required skills

• Sales, marketing, or fundraising experience (advantageous but not required – training provided).
