Outlet Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Constance Prince Maurice, a luxury resort on Mauritius’ northeast coast, is looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee one of its dining outlets. The role combines operational leadership with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high‑end hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise, train and motivate a diverse team of staff.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Monitor stock, cash handling and inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and company standards throughout the outlet.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare basic sales and operational reports.

Required profile

• NC3 qualification in Food & Beverage or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar outlet management position.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused, results‑oriented mindset.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.
