Partner Development Manager – Build & Scale Channel Ecosystem

About the role

SoftwareOne is seeking a Partner Development Manager to design, build and scale a high‑performing partner ecosystem that drives revenue and profit across its global channel business. You will act as the key liaison between SoftwareOne, its cloud and internal teams, and a diverse set of partners, ensuring strategic alignment and market impact.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and develop a high‑quality, diverse partner network in the assigned territory.
• Manage partner performance through regular outreach, business planning, enablement and collaboration with Cloud, Marketing and Sales teams.
• Drive partner adoption of SoftwareOne solutions, creating scalable, value‑driven experiences that generate revenue.
• Leverage market insight and performance data to distribute leads, support decision‑making and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional campaigns and align regional goals with overall channel strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the IT industry with strong partner management background.
• Fluent business‑level French and English (C‑level communication).
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a collaborative, team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Software licensing knowledge.
• Cloud services and cloud economics understanding.
• Familiarity with Microsoft licensing programs and product stack.
