Cash Solutions Sales Leader

About the role

The Cash Solutions Sales Leader will join Brink’s Mauritius team and report to the Indian Ocean Commercial Manager. The role drives business growth, builds client partnerships and ensures account profitability across cash and valuables management services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy development for global growth, including new products, geographies, target markets and acquisition opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, prepare analyses for senior management and board presentations.
• Ensure adherence to internal operational procedures and support strategic business development.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service, develop a pipeline of new business opportunities and manage client requests and complaints.
• Prepare costing and pricing calculations, conduct client meetings and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Prepare monthly KPIs, keep the CRM up to date and ensure compliance with SOX, health & safety and Brink’s governance policies.
• Participate in tool development, process improvement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
