Sales Administration Trainee (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Sales Administration Trainee will support Brink’s sales team by ensuring accurate data entry in Salesforce and handling basic administrative tasks. This six‑month fixed‑term position helps keep sales operations smooth and client records reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update client and prospect information in Salesforce with high accuracy.
• Verify that customer details are complete and that all required KYC documents are properly recorded.
• Assist in preparing and filing contracts, proposals, and follow‑up documents.
• Support the sales team with routine administrative tasks as needed.
• Help maintain departmental KPIs and reporting by updating data in the system.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure data consistency.
• Contribute to improving tools and processes within the department.
• Provide basic support in responding to customer requests and forwarding them to the appropriate team members.

Required profile

• High school qualification (HSC) preferred.
• Experience in a sales administration department of a service company of similar size is a plus.
• Good command of computer tools (Word, Excel) and telephone tools.
• Good knowledge of accountancy and comfort with figures.
• Honesty, integrity, rigor, logical thinking, and a sense of procedure.
• Strong organisational skills, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication in French and English.
