Parts Logistics Officer

About the role

The Parts Logistics Officer ensures the timely preparation and delivery of parts to final destinations. This includes invoicing, arranging transport, preparing export documents and coordinating inspections when required.

Key responsibilities

• Organise all activities related to parts delivery and transport.
• Liaise with warehouses, vendors, transporters, logistics service providers and inspection bodies to arrange shipments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners to resolve operational issues and conduct necessary negotiations.
• Participate in continuous optimisation of the parts delivery process flow.
• Verify and process logistics service providers' invoices in the ERP system (SAP).
• Contribute to supply‑chain continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and International Trade.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• 1‑2 years of proven experience in a similar logistics position.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (ERP) for invoice verification and processing.
