Projects & Commercial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Projects & Commercial Analyst to join our Medical Services commercial team. The role focuses on consolidating data, producing accurate reports and dashboards, and providing visibility on sales pipelines and major projects to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate and maintain sales and project data from sources such as Salesforce, Power BI and regional reporting tools.
• Prepare and support monthly commercial performance reports and reporting packs.
• Maintain and update Power BI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely refreshes.
• Track major projects, monitoring pipeline progress, milestones, timelines and status updates.
• Analyse pipeline movements, revenue trends and gross‑profit performance.
• Identify data inconsistencies, reporting gaps and propose improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders, business development teams and commercial stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Management or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, commercial analytics or a similar business‑support role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced international environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Power BI (basic to intermediate) for dashboard creation and data validation.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
