Quality Coordinator – Leisure Cluster (Chamarel & Bel Ombre)

About the role

The Quality Coordinator will support the Quality Specialist in implementing, maintaining and training on Quality and Food Safety/Hygiene standards across the Chamarel and Bel Ombre business units. This includes venues such as Le Chamarel Restaurant, Bel Ombre Nature Reserve, the heliport, World of Seashells and the 7 Coloured Earth. The role is based onsite in Chamarel and Bel Ombre.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate team members to foster a customer‑service culture and deliver training on quality and food safety standards.
• Maintain regular communication with heads of departments on quality, hygiene and corrective actions.
• Implement waste‑management and cost‑control procedures.
• Coordinate the development, documentation and updating of SOPs, conduct internal audits, physical inspections and generate audit reports.
• Track guest feedback, manage non‑conformities and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Assist in preparing for external quality and food safety audits.
• Support sustainability commitments and report environmental impacts to the Sustainable Development Department.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Food Science, Quality Management or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Leadership qualities, dynamic and flexible attitude.
