Real Estate Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Tamarin on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will manage a portfolio of properties, guide clients through buying, selling and renting processes, and ensure a seamless experience from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new listings and maintain an up‑to‑date property portfolio.
• Organise property visits, prepare accurate presentations and market the properties.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing and investment options.
• Coordinate with legal, financial and other partners to support transactions.
• Handle client inquiries, nurture relationships and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Update listings and maintain records in internal systems.
• Contribute to local marketing and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a focus on win‑win outcomes.
• Excellent customer‑service skills, active listening and clear communication.
• Fluency in English and French; additional local languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for client visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, listings and documentation.
