Real Estate Agent – Hybrid (Pointe aux Cannoniers)

About the role

Join Century 21 Destination Mauritius as a Real Estate Agent working in a hybrid setting from Pointe aux Cannoniers. You will guide international buyers, investors and families through the full property journey, from listing to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings across luxury villas, beachfront estates, apartments and investment properties.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budget and lifestyle needs.
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiate offers and facilitate transaction closures.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor local market trends, conduct market analysis and provide informed advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with solid knowledge of the Mauritius property market.
• Proven experience in real‑property transactions and sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
