About the role

As an Analyst I in the Risk Operations Centre, you will be the frontline defence protecting Checkout.com’s payment platform. Working in a 24/7 shift system, you will use real‑time data to detect fraudulent patterns, safeguard customers and maintain transaction integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a standard workload of alerts and investigations, delivering accurate results within strict SLAs.
• Conduct routine analysis of transactional data to identify fraud trends and anomalies.
• Document findings using team templates and provide concise case summaries to stakeholders.
• Apply fraud monitoring tools and compliance policies to resolve routine cases independently.
• Escalate complex or ambiguous issues to senior staff for guidance.
• Identify daily inefficiencies and suggest small‑scale process improvements.
• Participate in small projects to enhance monitoring capabilities.
