About the role
ATCOMM is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive growth of its telecommunications and security solutions portfolio. You will manage existing accounts, generate new business, and ensure customers receive tailored, high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business and manage accounts for two‑way radio and security solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email prospecting, social selling and networking.
- Maintain and expand a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Prepare and submit quotations and contracts promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions.
- Deliver sales presentations, product demos and training sessions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and update the company CRM regularly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field (advantageous).
- Minimum 3 years B2B experience in telecommunications and/or security.
- Strong knowledge of the telecom industry, local market dynamics and competition.
- Proven ability to manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
- Valid Certificate of Character and driving licence.
